All of Bielby’s products are made to the highest standards. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, Bielby’s can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

Returns Terms and Guidelines

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and packaging.

Bielby's is not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.

It is advisable to make sure all return packages are well packaged and are sent with a trackable, insured service. Bielby's cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.

UK customers only

For returns (UK customers): You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item(s) excluding shipping.

For exchanges: If possible, we will reserve the item(s) you request for exchange. If your requested item is out of stock Bielby's will make your item and send this order out to you upon receipt of your returned goods.

Non-UK customers

If returning an item from outside the UK, please ensure 'RETURNED GOODS’ is written on the parcel, to avoid any customs charges. Bielby’s is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made and may refuse to receive the parcel.
